Clear answers for TikTok review
If you have a question about permissions, posting, or data handling, start here.
How does TikTok Login work in Schedly?
Users click Continue with TikTok, review the TikTok consent screen, and explicitly approve requested scopes before Schedly receives access tokens.
Does Schedly post without user action?
No. Publishing requires a user-selected video and a manual confirmation step inside Schedly.
What permissions do you request?
We request only the scopes needed for authentication and posting, typically user.info.basic and video.publish.
Can posts be private or draft?
Yes. Posts can be created as private or draft, depending on TikTok review state and the user-selected visibility option.
Do you support scheduling?
Scheduling is available for approved accounts. In demo mode, scheduling is simulated for review purposes.
What data do you store from TikTok?
We store basic profile information (user ID, username, avatar) and access tokens needed to perform user-approved actions.
How long do you keep data?
Tokens are retained until the user revokes access or deletes the account. Draft content is retained until published or deleted, typically within 30 days.
How can I revoke access?
You can revoke access from TikTok settings or within Schedly. Once revoked, tokens are invalidated and removed.
How do I request data deletion?
Email support or use the Delete Data page. We confirm deletion within 30 days and notify you when complete.
Do you scrape TikTok data?
No. Schedly does not scrape content or automate spam. We only use official TikTok APIs with user consent.
Is my content secure?
We use encryption in transit, limited access controls, and audit logging to protect data and content.
How do I get support?
Contact us via the support email on the Contact page. We respond within 2 business days.
