1. Service description

Schedly provides tools to authenticate TikTok users, manage drafts, and submit user-authorized publishing requests via the TikTok Content Posting API. All actions are user-initiated and require explicit consent.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to connect any TikTok accounts you use with Schedly.

3. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and maintain security of your credentials.
  • Use TikTok Login only for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Confirm publishing actions and review visibility settings before posting.
  • Comply with TikTok terms, policies, and community guidelines.

4. Acceptable use

  • No scraping, automated spam, or unauthorized data collection.
  • No posting of illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
  • No attempts to bypass consent or posting confirmations.

5. Third-party services

TikTok services are provided by ByteDance Ltd. Schedly is not endorsed by TikTok. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's terms and policies.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or TikTok policies. You may stop using the service at any time and request data deletion.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee TikTok approval or the performance of third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Schedly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France / European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of France.
